  • Delivery within Australia

      Australia Post (or another trusted courier) with tracking.
    • Estimated delivery time 2-8
      business days after dispatch, depending on your location (unless pre-order
      or made to order, then delivery time may vary, which you will be notified
      beforehand about)
    • You will receive a tracking
      link once your order has been sent
  • International Shipping

    • International orders are
      sent via Australia Post International with tracking
    • Delivery times vary
      depending on your location, usually between 7-20 business days
    • Any custom duties or taxes
      are the responsibility of the buyer

    Please note: International shipping may experience delays beyond our control
    due to customs or global postage conditions.

  • Lost or Delayed Parcels

    Once your parcel has been dispatched, Solindi is not responsible for postal
    delays or lost items. Please ensure shipping details are correct at checkout.

    If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as lost, please contact
    the postal service with your tracking number, or get in touch and we'll do our
    best to help.

  • Packaging

    All jewellery is packaged in a protective Solindi pouch, perfect for gifting
    or keeping your piece safe. We take care to ensure every parcel is wrapped
    securely and beautifully.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    At Solindi, each piece is handcrafted with love and care. Due to the
    handmade and made to order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns
    for change of mind.

    However, we want you to truly love your piece, so please see the following
    information if something isn't quite right.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of
    receiving your order.

    We'll happily offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

    To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

    - Your order number
    - A clear photo of the issue
    - A short description of the problem

  • Custom & One of a Kind Orders

    All custom and made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  • General Wear & Tear

    Please note that Solindi jewellery is delicate and should be handled with
    care. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow
    care instructions (e.g. water or perfume exposure).
