About Solindi

Solindi is a name close to my heart — a blend of Sol, meaning sun, and India, my daughter’s name. It’s inspired by the warmth of sunshine, the love of family, and the calm, coastal beauty of where we live.

I’m a jewellery lover and a mum, living on the Gold Coast. Solindi began as a passion project, a way to create pieces I genuinely love to wear. Life can feel full and fast with young children, and most days I don’t have time to get fully ready, but putting on a necklace I love helps me feel just a little more grounded and put together.

Every Solindi piece is handmade slowly, designed to be beautiful, wearable, and full of feeling.

Gold Filled and Gold Plated detail and finishings

At Solindi we use a mix of gold filled and quality gold plated featuring tarnish resistant coatings for longer lasting wear.

To help maintain their beauty, we recommend avoiding perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals and removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising. 

Freshwater Pearl Info & Care

Freshwater pearls are formed naturally in lakes and rivers, giving them their soft shape and subtle glow. Unlike perfectly round pearls, these are known for their organic curves and gentle texture, no two are the same. A reflection of the natural world they come from.

We use freshwater pearls to bring softness and a sense of ease to our pieces. Their understated beauty pairs effortlessly with the earthy tones and calm aesthetic behind every Solindi design.

To give your pearls a little extra care, we recommend:

  • Store in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and moisture
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth regularly
  • Remove before showering, swimming or exercising

Jewellery Care

To keep your Solindi piece looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend showing it a little extra love.

Each piece is handmade using high quality materials including freshwater pearls, premium stone and glass beads and a mix of 14k and 18k gold filled or plated findings, all of which are delicate and deserve gentle care.

  • Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes and oils
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
